Dakota Patient ID & wristbanding solution gains full Department of Health GS1 UK certification
Dakota Integrated Solutions has recently been awarded the prestigious Certified Solution status for the PASidMED product from global barcodes standards body GS1. The solution has been implemented at numerous trusts in England following the recent Patient Identification & printed wristband compliance implemented within the NHS including Great Ormond St. Hospital for Children, South Warwickshire NHS, Salford Royal NHS & West Middlesex NHS.
The PASidMED solution conforms fully with the ISB AN/0907 notice effective 1st July 2011, incorporating the four core identifiers included within the requisite 2D DataMatrix barcode standard.
