Keith Hardy, Managing Director

Mike Jackson, Sales & Marketing Director

Mike joined Dakota in July 2008 following a successful stint with premier thermal printer company Zebra Technologies. Mike’s primary focus is to help grow our existing customer base & explore new markets for Dakota to work in. During his tenure at Zebra Mike had responsibility for managing the partner community within the UK & Ireland after initially being recruited as a Business Development Manager, working with blue chip clients such as Cadbury Schweppes, Nestle, DHL, TNT, Homebase, AutoGlass & United Fleet Distribution. Mike was also previously employed by Barclays Bank for whom he worked for 17 years.

John Greenwood, Systems Integration

John has enjoyed a longstanding and successful career within the Auto ID industry built over many years. John has been with Dakota under their previous name as BC Data Systems since its inception, former employers included LIS & Blackbird Data Systems, John has worked with many blue chip clients including the likes of eBuyer, Tetley’s, Henri Lloyd, Corus Group & Virgin Media. John’s primary focus is heading up Dakota’s Mobility drive for both in house data capture & field mobility via the “Mobius” suite of products.

Geoff Monk, Healthcare Account Manager

Geoff joined Dakota in November 2008 to help support the increasing demand for our services & expertise with the NHS and healthcare sector. Geoff has a longstanding track record in the Auto ID sector having worked for Zebra Technologies for 12 years and servicing blue chip clients such as Business Post, Grattan, Matalan, Asda Walmart & Tesco along with many hospitals.
Applications within the NHS would include Patient Wristbanding & Verification, Case Note Labeling, Blood Tracking, Bedside sample Labeling along with mobility within the healthcare sector.

Karen Peacock, Head of Print Solutions

Karen joined BC Data Systems in 2002 previously having been employed by Blackbird Data Systems & formerly Markem Systems. Now Head of Print Solutions Karen has primary responsibility for the sales & service of consumable items such as thermal ribbon & labels to a large number of customers such as DePuy, BSN Medical, Henri Lloyd, Homebase & CarpetRight. Included within Karen’s portfolio would also be the specification & supply of thermal printers from Zebra Technologies to cover a multitude of applications & environments.
