Additionally should you require immediate, on site help we can arrange support contracts tailored to the needs of your business for mission critical applications & environments. Alternatively you may wish to take advantage of Pre-pay Contracts Plans (PCP) or back off a contract to one of our vendor partners for Return to Base coverage in less urgent environments.
Tailored made solutions can be adapted for any environment, Dakota IS would also strongly recommend periodic Preventative Maintenance visits.
